On Wednesday we handed over this new home in Central Cove, Kawerau to a very excited Lynne and John. 🌿☘️🌳
This 3 bedroom home is based of our 4 bedroom Myrna plan and altered to meet the client's needs and style.
The home is full of great features like the acoustic panelling behind the TV which was specially requested by the client, and Solar Panels on the roof.
The kitchen is perfectly designed for ease of cooking and food prep, with a walk-in pantry plus a window providing natural light and airflow.
The grass is seeded and will start to spring up of the next couple of weeks. The couple are doing their own landscaping.
We loved doing this project with Lynne and John and wish them many years of enjoyment in their new home, in a lovely central community. ❤️
