Today's job in action!

Our Hiab made light work of lifting this stunning Trendstone Classic White Pearl benchtop straight over the balcony and onto the first floor for the next step of this kitchen makeover.

This benchtop is a showstopper and is going to bring so much character to the finished space. Getting these slabs safely up and over the balcony takes careful planning, including health and safety, but that's all part of the job for our team.

From tired and beige to bright and functional — this Tauranga kitchen went from a cramped, cluttered corner to a light-filled space the whole family can actually cook in.

The old layout just wasn't working anymore. Double wall ovens ate up bench space, the cabinetry felt dim and dated, and there wasn't a proper spot for everyday essentials. We stripped it back and started fresh: a striking freestanding gas range as the new centrepiece, sleek white cabinetry with soft-close drawers, a full-height subway tile splashback, and warm timber-look flooring to bring it all together. Even the storage got smarter with drawers, along with and clever cabinetry through to the ceiling to maximise every space.

This is what good planning looks like — every detail considered before a single tool comes out. That's the Refresh way.
