Meet the guy behind Deck & Fence Co 👋

This is Joe – owner of Deck & Fence Co and the person who's always thinking about how to make things better. It also just happens to be his birthday today 🤫 🎉

With over 20 years in the building industry, Joe has swapped spending every day on the tools for leading the team, improving our systems, and making sure every customer has a great experience from the very first phone call to the final handover.

You'll usually find him in the workshop, dreaming up ways to work smarter, helping solve the tricky jobs, or making sure the team has everything they need to do their best work.

Joe believes that building a great deck or fence is only part of the job. The experience should be just as good. Clear communication, reliability, and genuinely caring about our customers are what drive everything we do.

His goal? To build a company that's known not just for quality craftsmanship, but for being easy to deal with and a pleasure to work with.
