Meet Mr Pat “No Days Off” Roil (the third 😂), the mahi dawg behind Roil Civil.
Truth be told, he’s never been one for putting himself front and centre. He’d much rather stay off social media, get on with the mahi, and let the work do the talking. 20+ years experience while also leading teams and projects, it was only a matter of time he’d venture out on his own.
When he’s not on site, you’ll usually find him with his sidekick Koha 🐕, being a loving dad to 6 tamariki, spoiling his wife, mowing his lawns or supporting the local food spots with the boys 👀
And when he gets the chance, he’s most likely helping somebody somewhere - tip runs, fixing something, installing something, moving something. Always lending a hand.
At Roil Civil, we’re big believers that your reputation is built by your work, your word, and how you treat people.
Hard mahi. Good relationships. Doing what you say you’ll do.
