We’re looking for a dedicated Professional Gardener to join our Soft Landscaping Team in Ngaio, Wellington. This full‑time role includes garden redevelopment, new garden projects, and ongoing garden maintenance.

✨ Why Join Us?
We’re a privately owned company with over 20 years of experience and a strong history of staff retention. You’ll enjoy a supportive workplace culture, health insurance after six months, annual service‑retention bonuses, and full PPE provided.

🌱 We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years’ residential or commercial gardening experience
• Great communication + a positive, solutions‑focused approach
• Strong knowledge of NZ native and exotic plants
• Ability to meet deadlines and work confidently with clients
• Physical fitness and enjoyment of outdoor work
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train others
• Full NZ driver’s licence - (manual an advantage)
• NZ residency
