Join Our Team! Seeking Technical Support

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team. If you have 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:

Prepare a checklist of records per the lease agreement (IATA standard)
Review maintenance records, status reports, and back-to-birth/dirty fingerprint records for full traceability
Ensure compliance with return/delivery conditions as per the lease agreement
Track and manage Open Items List (OIL) of discrepancies until closure using a digital platform
Liaise with Lessor and airline client records specialists
Arrange and coordinate regular meetings via TEAMS with Lessor and airline clients
Provide support for critical items and negotiations
Scan, index, and upload hardcopy records to the client's Flydocs System if needed
Coordinate and inspect boxing and indexing of hardcopy records
Provide final technical acceptance of records
Enter data into the client's system (AD, SB, OCCM, HT, Repairs, Utilization, LLP, LRU, etc.)
Map and ensure completeness of aircraft/engine preservation
Provide regular progress reports to clients

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field
