As we wrap up another ASHE Conference, we're grateful for the time spent with clients, partners, and industry colleagues who share a passion for creating better healthcare environments.

Some of the best moments happened away from the exhibit hall—around the dinner table, where intentional conversations centered on facility preparedness, long-term planning, and what matters most to the people who operate and care for these buildings every day.

Thank you to everyone who shared a meal, exchanged ideas, and invested in meaningful conversation. Those connections are what make conferences like ASHE so valuable, and we're excited to continue building on them long after the event has ended.

Over the past several years, Teagan got to know the Synergy team through his co-op experience before joining us full time. Today, we're celebrating his first official work anniversary as a full-time team member.

What started as support on a few energy audits has grown into an invaluable member of our Facility Performance Engineering team.

Today, Jack plays a key role in delivering Facility Condition Assessments across the country while also supporting commissioning projects that help our clients create safer, more reliable, and more efficient facilities.

It's been exciting to watch his growth—from contractor to trusted teammate—and we're grateful for the expertise, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
