Everything working together makes the difference.

Finished out with Hardie stucco panel siding, Pella windows, a Malarkey roof, Trex decking, and a LuxCore composite fence.

Each piece was chosen to fit the next - a consistent look and built to hold up without a lot of upkeep.

We switched this house to EDCO steel siding - sharper contrast, cleaner finish, and it holds its look.

Did you know steel siding like this is non-combustible and doesn’t absorb moisture? That means less chance of rot, pests, or ongoing maintenance.

This is one of those upgrades you don’t have to keep coming back to.

From up here you can see the wear starting to show… granules going, edges aging out.

It’s still holding for now, but it’s getting close!

Next step is a full replacement before it turns into a problem inside.
