If you're visiting the Manatee Performing Arts Center, you may notice its newest neighbor beginning to take shape.

The structural framework for Sara’s Studios is in place, and walls are starting to rise as our teams make steady progress on the future 31,000-square-foot performing arts conservatory. Once complete, the facility will support arts education, rehearsals, and performances, creating new opportunities for artists and the community alike.

Our team is also preparing to begin work on the walkway that will connect Sara’s Studios to the Manatee Performing Arts Center, creating a seamless link between the two spaces.

Having built other arts and cultural destinations throughout our region, we're proud to play a role in bringing another community-centered space to life—one that will inspire creativity and serve generations to come.

The walls at Park Vista Apartments are coming together, creating spaces where residents will soon relax and live.

Located near Downtown Bradenton’s Riverwalk, Park Vista will feature 158 apartment homes, along with thoughtfully designed amenities that enhance the resident experience. Highlights include a resort-style pool, indoor pool lounge, fitness center, conference room, indoor bike storage, and a fifth-floor sky lounge with access to a rooftop deck offering views of the Manatee River.

Once complete, these homes will be surrounded by some of the area's most celebrated arts and cultural destinations, including Herrig Center for the Arts, the Manatee Performing Arts Center, and more.

The renovation of North River Fire District Station #3 has begun! Right now, teams are working through demolition and prepping the building for the new space.

This project focuses on modernizing an existing 4,340-square-foot, two-bay drive-through apparatus facility while enhancing the living and operational spaces that support the firefighters and first responders who serve this community every day.

Once complete, the updated station will include enhanced sleeping quarters and upgraded communal spaces, all designed to support efficiency and readiness around the clock.

Projects like this reflect the importance of building spaces that care for those who care for others. We’re honored to help bring this vision to life for the North River Fire District.

Our work is built by people, and their stories shape who NDC is as a company.

Project Engineer Tyler Wells started with NDC as an intern before joining the team full-time in 2024. After growing up in Manatee County, he attended the University of Central Florida to study business. Upon graduating, he made the decision to come back home.

With deep roots in the community and a family committed to serving it, Tyler was introduced to NDC and quickly saw the opportunity to be part of something meaningful. He was drawn to a company that has helped shape the place he knows so well.

From his first project at Lake Manatee K-8 to his current work on the McGillicuddy Arts Plaza in Sarasota, Tyler is gaining hands-on experience while building a career grounded in purpose and relationships. “I enjoy this work because I like building spaces that people occupy and enjoy,” he shared.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, and shooting clays. He is focused on continuing to grow with the NDC Family of Companies and contributing wherever he can. At NDC, Tyler is a perfect example of what we mean when say our people evolve with intention.
