For Kevin Kloepfer, NDC is a family business in the most literal sense.

Kevin has spent 22 years with NDC, starting as an assistant superintendent and learning the work from the field. Before he put on his boots for the first time, his dad was already working on job sites and building the spaces Kevin grew up enjoying.

Today, Kevin is a Senior Project Manager. He coordinates schedules and works alongside project teams to keep projects moving forward. His dad, Nick, has built his career at NDC, too. He is a General Project Superintendent and is currently working on the Sara’s Studios site in Bradenton alongside Kevin.

This summer, Kevin’s sons joined the team before heading off to college, bringing three generations of the Kloepfer family to NDC.

While NDC may be a family of companies, for the Kloepfers, it’s been part of the family business for generations.

We know that creating happy and strong communities goes far beyond building structures.

At NDC, we are parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters, and we care deeply about the future of the communities in which we build.

Earlier this year, we teamed up with Samoset Elementary to cheer on students as they prepared for testing. Now that their testing is complete and the results are in, we (and much of the community) are celebrating!

In just one year, the school rose from a D to an A rating. That incredible achievement belongs to the students, teachers, staff, and families who worked for it every day.

Helping build the future isn't always about constructing it. Sometimes, it's simply about showing up. And it was our pleasure to show up for Samoset Elementary. Congratulations, Principal Webb and Samoset Explorers!

ICYMI: NDC’s VP and Project Executive Brando Fetzek was on ABC 7 Friday evening in celebration of Samoset Elementary’s most recent milestone.

In only a year’s time, the school went from a D to an A but not without the support of faculty, staff, and community partners like NDC. 

It was a privilege to support this campaign alongside the School District of Manatee County and Manatee Education Foundation, both longstanding partners of NDC.

Investing in students and their futures is important to all of us at NDC Construction. That's why partnering with schools like Samoset Elementary was an easy "yes."

This morning, our Vice President and Project Executive, Brando Fetzek, joined ABC7 Sarasota - WWSB's Alyssa Perry to talk about our small role in supporting Samoset Elementary and its exceptional students.

Samoset's rise to an A school grade is a testament to the dedication of its leadership, teachers, staff, students, and families. We are proud to have helped energize students ahead of testing and are grateful to have been a partner supporting their journey.

Recently, our team welcomed the NAWIC Gulf Coast Florida Chapter to the future Bradenton Police Department Headquarters for a behind-the-scenes look at the project's progress.

The tour was led by our own Project Manager Greg Hodge and BPD, who provided insight into the site's unique features and considerations. From security to operational readiness, every detail is designed to support the officers and staff who will serve the Bradenton community for years to come.

It was a privilege to host and visit with these talented women in construction, who together are helping move our industry forward. Thank you, ladies!
