Big things come in small packages! RSP has expanded our precision molding capabilities with the addition of a KAP HH10-18 micro injection molding machine.

Designed for extremely small, detailed plastic components, this machine can produce parts weighing as little as 0.01 grams, with wall thicknesses down to 0.2 mm.

This new capability opens the door to even more possibilities in medical devices, electronics, sensors, miniature gears, and other precision applications.

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that strengthens the natural oxide layer on aluminum. Instead of applying a coating that sits on top like paint, anodizing changes the surface of the aluminum itself.

For RSP's clients, that can do a few things: make aluminum more resistant to corrosion and scratches/wear, give it a smoother and more professional-looking finish, and allow the part to be produced in colors like black, clear, red, blue, or gold.
