Because we forgot to give Sean and Peter a birthday shoutout back in July, we promised to keep featuring them in our fabrication videos. 😂 Peter is working on our REOclean F30 SB homogeneous belt, which is being butt-spliced, with a Solid PU K13 V-guide welded to the bottom of the belt.

Sean felt left out as the only fabricator who didn’t get to weld the K17 PU V-Guide on our AT10 Steel Linear PAZ timing belt. So we threw him a bone and let him weld the V-Guide onto all three belts. I think it was just so he could enjoy his coffee while fabricating. 😂

It’s Twin Tuesday, and Peter and Sean are keeping the production moving in stereo. Peter is wrapping up an order of three Pure 10 blue belts with cleats, while Sean is putting the finishing touches on five Easy 10 belts with K22 V-Guides and sensor clips. Double the fabrication perfection (and trouble)! 😎

Here's a look at our Impregnation and Laminating line in action. This machine lets us impregnate our fabrics with PU and allows us to laminate our thicker TPU and PVC belts.

We wrap up our Novo 60 Green 2-part video starring Peter. 🎥 Peter marks the belt for the bottom guide before laying down some glue. Then he's off to the V-Guide machine to weld on a K13 Notched PVC V-guide down the middle of the belt.

We are back with another 2-part video, starring fan favorite, Peter. Peter is working on a Novo 60 Green needled felt belt. In part one, he ply separates the belt before gluing and inserting plastic spiral lacing. Once the lacing is glued in, he stitches it down before activating the glue in our air-cooled press. Stay tuned for part 2.

We're bringing you a 2-part video starring Johnny and our T10 Aramid Linear timing belt. Johnny grinds out the center of the teeth and then welds on an A Mod PU V-Guide in the middle of the groove that he just made. He knocked off 5 sets of belts on the V-Guide machine and then its off to our Timing Belt cover machine. Stay tuned for part 2.

Biaggio is working on the second step of a hidden lace and V-Guide fabrication of our Novo 40 Needled Polyester black rubber impregnated belts. He pins the belt together, does a little gluing and then starts welding on a K13 Notched V-Guide on the bottom of the belt. He repeats the process a few more times, and they are shipped out.
