We have a double feature today: Biaggio is working on a 4-belt order of our Pure 10 Clear with a K13 Notched PVC bottom V-Guide and Sean is knocking out a small Pure 20 Clear belt with PU Sidewall.

The fabricators joined forces to remove 6" of sawtooth profile from the sides of a massive set of Honey 10 Staggered Sawtooth belts with our ply separator. Once most of the profile is taken off with the ply separator mike removes the last small section on the sides and a strip at the end by hand before attaching the staple lacing to each end.

Mike is working on 3 different Pure 10 belts that all feature Clipper Lacing and K10 Bottom Guides. Once he installs the clipper lacing, he daisy-chains them together and welds the guides on one after another. This makes the welding more efficient. 🧠 👍

Peter's taking a break from running our slitter to punch some 1/2" holes in our 6mm thick Honey 30 belt. He just needs to make a quick leader with clipper lacing to be able to pull the belt through our CNC hole punch and dial in the precise hole location. 📏

George is back at the HF welder welding on 6mm thick, 13mm tall cleats and then finishing it off with some 30mm tall small wave sidewall. He's making it look too easy, so please send him some more challenging orders. 😂

Mike is teaching Madi the ways of welding on our Sidewall machine. It's all about dialing in the correct height 📏 and gun temperature 🌡️ and perfecting your bullet weaving technique). Soon the student will become the master.

George, our newest HF Welding expert, is working on an order featuring our REOclean T50 homogeneous belt with 100mm tall scoop cleats and sidewall. This belt is the smaller of 3 with 50 scoop cleats. Stay tuned for another video of a belt with scoop cleats, sidewall and V-Guide.

This will be Sean's last order on the Sidewall/V-Guide machine for a while so someone else can have some fun. 😂 Sean is knocking out a quick 5-piece order of our Pure 10 Green belt with two solid K22 V-Guides and Sensor Clips. These are one of our more popular recycling belts.

Sean is at his temporary home away from home, our sidewall/V-Guide machine. 😂 Recycle belts are in high demand, as are Sean's V-Guiding skills. He's making quick work of a belt featuring our Pure 20B Clear Glossy belt with solid K17 V-Guides (with a little help from Mike).
