Coming Summer 2027: A new landmark on Hillsborough St.

The Raleigh skyline is evolving, and Wells and Wells is proud to be leading the way. We’re excited to share a look at our latest project: 2600 Hillsborough. We’ve officially broken ground on 2600 Hillsborough, a premier 110-unit residential development designed specifically for the NC State community.

From the panoramic views of the rooftop lounge to the active amenity spaces designed for collaboration, 2600 Hillsborough is set to be the new standard for student living in Raleigh.

Mosaic is a five-story, wood-framed apartment community built on a slab-on-grade foundation, totaling over 283 units and 371 beds, and 217,000 SF. The project is thoughtfully designed around a large central courtyard and shared amenities that support active, community-focused living.

Project highlights include:

We’re excited to share a new project underway for Fisher National Bank.

This new ground-up bank building will feature a thoughtfully designed layout focused on both customer experience and staff functionality, including a teller line with drive-up services, five private offices, and a dedicated break room.

• Five offices + teller line
• Expected completion: April 2026

This project is especially meaningful as it marks another opportunity to work with a repeat client, following our completion of Fisher National Bank’s Champaign location several years ago. We value long-term partnerships built on trust, consistency, and quality craftsmanship. We’re proud to continue that relationship on this next chapter!

Proud to share the completed Halifax Apartments project, an effort that reflects months of coordination, craftsmanship, and commitment from our entire team and partners.

Designed by Mode 3 Architecture, this new construction student housing community spans 11.5 acres and includes 204 units across six buildings, offering 624 beds with floor plans ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. The development also features a clubhouse and a range of modern, student-focused amenities.

Delivering a project of this scale requires precision, communication, and a shared vision, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed to bringing it across the finish line.

From concept to construction, 505 South Fifth, a seven-story luxury student housing development, is now well underway.

This project will feature 86 spacious units with a mix of floor plans and premium amenities, including a club room, fitness room, student center, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with grills and firepits.
