Crisp mornings and changing leaves mean fall is officially here in Chicago! As Metra keeps Chicagoland connected, we’re spotlighting one of the system’s newer additions: Peterson/Ridge Station in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. The station welcomed its first riders in May 2024.

Ardmore Roderick is proud to support Metra’s Capital Program, providing Program Management Oversight services for infrastructure improvements across the system.

Building It Together!

This past weekend, Ardmore Roderick team members across all offices came together in Chicago for our Annual All-Company Meeting. This year’s theme, Building It Together, was a reminder that Reimagining Infrastructure starts with our people and is brought to life through the ideas and contributions of our entire team.

From AI training sessions and our annual Friday night social event to celebrating our people, accomplishments and plans for what’s ahead, the weekend was all about connecting, learning and growing together. We even put the theme into action with a LEGO challenge that brought team members across roles together for a little creativity, collaboration and friendly competition!

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited for what we’ll continue Building It Together.

Last week, Ardmore Roderick team members came together for an AI Boot Camp focused on building practical skills and exploring how AI can support the way we work.

From learning new tools to putting them into practice, our team got hands-on with AI and explored how it can help us work smarter, collaborate better, and approach everyday challenges in new ways.

The boot camp was about more than learning the technology. It was about giving our people the tools and knowledge to keep learning, adapting, and bringing new ideas back to their teams and projects.

As technology continues to change our industry, we’re excited to keep learning together and finding new ways to put it to work as we continue Reimagining Infrastructure.

Ardmore Roderick was honored with the Strategic Growth Award, recognizing our continued growth and impact in the communities we serve.

The event also brought together industry leaders for conversations around economic development, infrastructure, and the projects shaping our communities.
