Kingdom Productions is seeking a Project Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational project management ex*****on across assigned projects from kickoff through closeout
• Facilitate and coordinate formal project kickoff meetings, ensuring scope clarity, stakeholder alignment, and documented action plans
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including:

o Project charters
o Work breakdown structures (WBS)
o Project schedules and timelines
o Status dashboards and reporting tools
o Risk registers and mitigation plans
o Communication plans

• Drive ongoing project status tracking and reporting, providing clear visibility to leadership, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking committed costs, forecasted spend, margin performance, and change impacts
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation, working closely with project managers, production/shop leadership, and field teams
• Oversee project scheduling discipline, ensuring sequencing of work, capacity alignment, and proactive conflict resolution
• Support risk identification and contingency planning, escalating issues early, and recommending corrective actions
• Serve as a primary operational liaison with customers on project ex*****on matters, including timelines, documentation, and change coordination
• Assist in project estimating and proposal preparation, including cost modeling, schedule assumptions, and resource planning inputs
• Prepare and maintain professional client-facing and internal reporting materials utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tools
• Ensure accurate time tracking, hours reporting, and project data integrity within company systems
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ex*****on continuity
• Drive process discipline and continuous improvement initiatives related to project ex*****on standards
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned in support of organizational priorities

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree a plus in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of progressive project coordination, project management, or operations experience in a project-driven environment. Junior or lower experience candidates could be considered with the right ambition and skills.
• Demonstrated capability in true project planning disciplines, including schedule development, WBS creation, budget tracking, and risk planning
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build structured reports, financial trackers, and executive presentations
• Experience supporting estimating, cost planning, or proposal development processes preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process discipline skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to interface confidently with customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and resource planning concepts
• High attention to detail with a data-driven and ex*****on-focused mindset
• Experience in construction, fabrication, signage, themed environments, production operations, or similar industries strongly preferred

Kingdom Productions is seeking a skilled Scenic Artist to join our team. This position is ideal for a qualified artist with extensive background and knowledge (3+ years) in theming, scenic artistry, and/or the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Fabricate scenic elements to include thematic objects, signage, and sculpted and molded forms for the cultural attractions and the entertainment industry
• Specialty prep and finishing, including Matthew's painting, distressing, staining, and fauxing
• Ex*****on of all scenic treatments using spray guns, brushes, rollers, sponges, etc., for both interior and exterior conditions
• Maintain the safety, order, and cleanliness of all paint areas and equipment
• Maintain strict quality control on a schedule
• The work can be physically demanding, and scenic artists must be able to lift and move heavy objects. They should also expect to work on their feet for most of the day.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work well within a team environment
