Our crew loaded the bucket with something a little lighter than usual! How many pumpkins do you count? (Gourds count too!) Comment your guess below.

The closest guess will receive a fall/3CI themed goody bag. We’ll announce the winner on Halloween! 🎃

Also, a special shout out to Leaping In Faith Mums for the pumpkin donation!

Fun fact: The first commercial hard hat, designed by E.W. Bullard in 1919, was made of steamed canvas, glue, and black paint. It was inspired by the helmets soldiers wore in WWI.

More than a century later, head protection has evolved into lighter, stronger helmets with chin straps and improved impact protection. Even our pumpkins follow site rules: no lid, no entry.

Pink looks good on our team💗

All October, our office and field crews have been showing up for Pink Out Tuesdays. For every employee who wears pink, 3C Industries makes a donation to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Thank you to everyone who has participated so far. We're proud to build a culture where showing up for each other goes beyond the jobsite.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, members of 3C Industries’ Women in Construction group came together to make handmade tie blankets for patients at the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center. Our team builds more than projects, and we’re proud to support our community 💗

Meet Taylor McCarthy, Operations Coordinator at 3C.

Taylor joined 3C while looking for a change in industry but wanting to continue her career in administrative work. After meeting our recruiter, Ann, and our VP, Chris, she knew 3C was a company she wanted to be part of for the long term. She's enjoyed watching the company grow and believes the people are what make 3C such a great place to work.

As an Operations Coordinator, Taylor is passionate about bringing organization and structure to fast-moving projects and supporting both the office and field teams. She enjoys learning the construction industry while using her attention to detail and creative mindset to help keep operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Taylor spends her weekends working at a local waffle and coffee food truck, runs a styling Instagram focused on fashion and thrifting, and volunteers at her local library. One of her favorite events is Paws to Read, where children practice reading aloud with service dogs.

We're proud to have you on the team, Taylor!

It's Month! 🏗️ We had a blast at the Ohio State career fair meeting future builders and even got a visit from Brutus himself!

Our team spent the day talking with students about what a career in commercial construction can look like, from project management and field operations to safety and preconstruction. Thank you to Ohio State for hosting, and to every student who stopped by. If we met you, we'd love to stay in touch. Explore internships and open roles on our website.
