Our best work strengthens the communities where we live, work, and serve. That’s why when our clients at Nationwide Children's Hospital asked us to lead the construction of its new Close To Home Center in Grove City, our team was ready to build.

Drawing on our healthcare construction expertise, the crews overcame complex site remediation, navigated an additional build for a partner within the facility, and still delivered the 25,000-square-foot building three weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.

Commercial construction has changed a lot over three decades, but Cliff’s commitment to getting the work done well and sharing his knowledge to help teammates has been steadfast. Cliff’s extensive experience is irreplaceable, and his imprint on our organization is a lasting one.

We value great leadership across Miles-McClellan, on job sites, in the office, and everywhere in between. Today we celebrate the recent promotion of these 4 outstanding professionals, whose work ethic and daily excellence make us all proud:

LUKE WILLMAN was promoted to Senior Project Manager: Luke is part of our general contracting division and recently worked on key projects for Columbus State Community College, Columbus Curling Club, and Scotts MiracleGro.

MITCH VAN STRATEN was promoted to Senior Project Manager: Mitch works in our general contracting division and often leads projects for hospital clients Nationwide Children's Hospital and OSU Wexner Medical Center. He also managed a community-based project, the Rosewind WITC at Linden Community Center.

JUSTIN OLIVER was promoted to Foreman in our Structural Restoration division. His craftmanship can be seen at a variety of projects across the state, from OhioHealth medical facilities to Millersport Schools to North Bank Park.

ROBERT MARTIN was promoted to Carpenter Foreman: Robert is part of our general contracting division, and he has been a very important part of the crews working at New Salem Baptist Church, Med One, and the Ohio State Expo Center & Fairgrounds.

Lately we’ve turned many open-space facilities into new offices with new energy, like this completed project inside the Lazarus building.

The Columbus Downtown Development Corporation asked us to build an updated workspace for the Franklin County Economic Development office. Our general construction and wall systems teams led a floor-to-ceiling overhaul to create versatile and professional meeting rooms, offices, and more.

Students and staff may be ready for a break, but our team is ready to work!

North Hills Christian School celebrated a groundbreaking last evening, kicking off an expansion that will benefit the community for generations.

The renovation involves a gymnasium, science classrooms, band room, weight room, cafeteria and kitchen, plus improve the parking lot. We're excited to "dig in" and transform the facility for this special client.
