2nd after hours call in a week due to 2.1 software issues with the carrier infinity series. Any service guys in the field out there do yourselves a favor and keep a usb drive with 2.0 version. This will allow you to download this software into the UI on site in the field.

Big shoutout to Daniel J. Gaydos for making this happen months ago. Saves the customer from being down and allows us to do it on site and not have to come back.
