Our team enjoyed a great day at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament this week, where the rain held off and the clouds kept things comfortable.

EAPC was proud to be a sponsor of this event, which provides important funding for ongoing patient and resident care. Supporting organizations that make a difference in our communities is something we’re always happy to do.

For the past two decades, Leap has helped shape EAPC through his leadership, vision, and commitment to serving our clients and communities.

From leading our Higher Education Sector and Native Nations Studio to serving on our Board of Directors and supporting the growth of our Sioux Falls office, Leap has made a lasting impact across our organization.

One of his proudest accomplishments is designing the award-winning choir loft at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Grand Forks, while one of his favorite recent memories is helping build EAPC’s Native Nations Studio and witnessing the positive impact of authentic cultural and community engagement.

What inspires Leap most today? Seeing our staff grow, develop their talents, and reach their potential.

Thank you, Leap, for 20 years of dedication, leadership, and mentorship. We’re grateful to have you as part of the EAPC family and excited for what’s ahead!

🎉 Happy 5-Year Anniversary, Jace Lunski! 🎉

Jace started with EAPC as an intern while attending college and joined our team full-time as a Mechanical Designer after graduating in 2024. Over the years, he's contributed to many successful projects, including UND STEM Phase 1, the Hillsboro Water Treatment Plant, and several Grand Forks Public Schools Safety & Security Updates projects.

What keeps Jace at EAPC? The people. He says the team he works with and EAPC's culture have made all the difference. He enjoys learning and growing alongside his coworkers, building friendships, and working together to meet deadlines and achieve great results.

When reflecting on the past five years, Jace shared that it's hard to choose just one favorite memory because he's had so many enjoyable days, and, in his words, "Never a bad day!"

Thank you for five great years, Jace! We're grateful to have you on the team and can't wait to see what the future holds.

A groundbreaking day for Catholic education in Grand Forks! 🎉

St. Carlo Acutis Middle School, the newest school within the All Saints Catholic Schools Network and Diocese of Fargo, officially broke ground last week with anticipated construction starting next month and completion in fall/winter 2027.

Designed by EAPC and built by McGough, the new school will serve grades 6–8 and provide students with a rigorous academic experience rooted in faith, excellence, and service. The facility will include modern classrooms and collaborative learning spaces designed to inspire growth, connection, and lifelong learning.

We are honored to be part of this meaningful project and look forward to seeing the future home of St. Carlo Acutis Middle School come to life! ✨

A little friendly competition never hurt anyone 💪🏆

We had an awesome time at the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce Corporate Cup! From laughs and teamwork to discovering some hidden athletic talent, it was a great day spent building connections and team spirit outside the office.

Thanks to the FMWF Chamber for hosting such a fun community event every year, we sure do look forward to it!

Meet Dani Hoff 👋

Since joining EAPC, Dani has brought valuable experience in architecture, project management, and community-centered design to our team. Her background includes work in Higher Education, K-12, Civic, and Parks & Recreation projects, with a strong focus on creating spaces that positively impact communities.

After returning to the Fargo-Moorhead area to be closer to family, Dani joined EAPC to continue building meaningful relationships and supporting projects that make a difference locally. When she’s not working, Dani enjoys spending time with her two daughters, leading Girl Scouts, reading, being outdoors, and diving into home improvement projects.

We’re grateful to have Dani on the EAPC team! 👏

We are grateful for their sacrifice and for the freedoms their bravery protects every day. As we gather with family and friends, we remember those who made it possible.
