A new riverfront destination is coming to Westside Village Fort Worth!

Levee Porch, a fast-casual restaurant and beer garden from the team behind Chimy's, is coming to Westside Village alongside a new Fort Worth outpost of Tailwaters Fly Fishing Co. Together, the two concepts are designed to create a destination rooted in the Trinity River, outdoor recreation, and the kind of community programming that keeps people coming back.

Our Austin team recently completed our latest tenant improvement project, the Lincoln Austin office at The Republic, a new construction office build-out in downtown Austin. The space delivers a high-end, polished workspace designed to support the operations of Lincoln Property Company .

The build-out includes executive offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, and a 16-person boardroom. Elevated features such as wood wall and ceiling paneling, a custom wet bar, and DIRTT demountable office fronts add to the refined feel of the space.

We’re grateful for our collaboration with Lincoln Property Company and excited to see the vision for their office come to life. We’re also proud to have partnered with Michael Hsu on the architecture and Alfred Williams & Company on the furniture and prefab wall systems & custom casework

Our Austin team had a great time together at our Field Day last week. Kickball, relay races, and a competitive game of co****le made for a perfect day of team-bonding away from the office.

Rain or shine, shovels are officially in the ground at Kimbro Commerce Center in Manor, Texas! Our Austin team is proud to partner with Vault Partners on Phase I of a 13-building industrial outdoor storage business park.

The first phase will deliver (4) 10,050 SF pre-engineered metal buildings with dedicated office, warehouse, and fully secured outdoor storage space. Each building will feature 18' clear heights, 1,020 SF of speculative office space, oversized 14x16 drive-in doors, dock-high doors, and a dedicated laydown yard ranging from 0.75 – 1 acre.

We’re excited to see construction underway and grateful for our collaboration with Vault Partners as Kimbro Commerce Center begins to take shape, with on time delivery expected January 2027. Please reach out to Cushman & Wakefield for leasing inquiries.

We’re excited to welcome 95 interns to ARCO/Murray this summer, representing teams, campuses, and project locations across the U.S. and Canada:

• 95 interns
• 40 universities
• 36 divisions
• 14 offices
• 6 jobsites

From estimating and scheduling to design meetings, buyout, submittals, billing, training sessions, and jobsite visits, these interns are getting real hands-on experience across every part of the project journey.

We can’t wait to see all they accomplish this summer and have some fun along the way. Welcome to the team!

Designed to support multiple production lines, temperature-controlled storage, and modern employee amenities, this facility reflects long-term growth and enhanced production footprint in the Midwest.
