Nestled in Great River Bluff State Park in Winona, Minnesota, the “Troll Stroll” bridge playfully bridges the gap between folklore and function, inspired by a local legend about giant trolls living in the woods. Designed and built by Rock Solid Trails, this 40-foot pedestrian crossing not only adds whimsy to the Bluff Traverse trail but also ensures long-term resilience with its durable structural materials.

A*Z Galvanizing – Arkansas provided the corrosion-resistant finish for the bridge’s steel elements, guaranteeing exceptional longevity in an outdoor environment. While the ornamental, laser-cut railing panels are left to develop a natural patina, the hot-dip galvanized structural components stand strong against the elements, blending creative artistry with sustainable, low-maintenance performance.

When it comes to high-rise window cleaning and façade maintenance, safety shouldn't just be a feature; it’s non-negotiable. Bauwerk Safety Systems tackled this challenge by hot-dip galvanizing their rooftop Davit Systems, including roof-mounted arms and tie-back anchors, to ensure rock-solid corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability even in the harshest weather.
