Aviation Advisor is hiring an Aviation Bookkeeper in Kenosha, WI. In this client‑facing role, you’ll support our accounting team through invoicing, reconciliation of aircraft activity, account management, payroll and HR assistance, and cross‑department collaboration. We’re looking for someone detail‑oriented, highly organized, proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced aviation environment. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are preferred, along with familiarity in billing, payments, expense reports, and payroll.
