Yet another project getting done in the shop!

The company that owns this truck wanted some side walls added to the flatbed, so we're welding on 18" aluminum fold down side rails.

Just got our plasma room up and running, meaning we've got our plasma table back up. Our first project was on 1/4" mild steel, and it cut out amazingly.

These aluminum machinist parts came in to be welded. They had a callout of .100 bead width without breaking the base metal edge.
We welded them with 5356 aluminum filler wire, so now they can be anodized.
