We're proud to highlight our role as the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineers for the transformation of D Vickers Hall at Southeastern Louisiana University, in partnership with Holly & Smith Architects.
This major renovation and expansion modernized one of the university's signature academic buildings, creating an innovative learning environment for students and faculty. The project included the complete renovation of the existing 80,000-square-foot facility along with a 33,000-square-foot addition featuring state-of-the-art broadcast media studios, classrooms, laboratories, faculty offices, and collaborative learning spaces.
Our team provided the MEP engineering design that helps support the building's performance, comfort, and functionality—delivering reliable building systems that serve the needs of today's higher education environment while supporting the next generation of students.
We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside Holly & Smith Architects on this outstanding project and are honored to have contributed to another landmark facility on the Southeastern Louisiana University campus.
