Construction is underway in Yerington, Nevada!

We’re excited to kick off renovations at the Mason Valley Swim Center, the City of Yerington’s Community Aquatic Center!

This project includes renovations to the pool and community building, revitalizing a space for residents and families to enjoy for years to come.

Designed by Eric Anderson with BigHorn Consulting, the project has an anticipated completion date of May 2027. We’re proud to be part of this investment in the Yerington community and look forward to sharing progress along the way.

The ribbon has been cut!

We were proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting and grand re-opening of La Plata and Veranda, marking the successful rehabilitation of 67 affordable housing units! With 32 units at La Plata and 35 at Veranda, these projects utilized New Mexico tax credits to preserve and improve much-needed affordable housing in our community.

A special thank you to our incredible project partners who helped bring these renovations to life: Albuquerque Housing Authority, Housing New Mexico, Jeebs & Zuzu, The Richmond Group, Bank of Oklahoma, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and NewWest Community Capital.

We're grateful to have played a role in revitalizing these communities and helping ensure quality, affordable housing remains available to Albuquerque residents for years to come!

Project Spotlight:

Progress continues at Sartini Plaza in Las Vegas, Nevada! Phase 1 of this remodel includes 24 units and is on track to be complete by the end of the month.

We’re proud to partner with Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) to help bring new life to this community and move another important housing project forward.

The ribbon has been cut!

Our Nevada team recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Fallon project We were proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for this new community serving the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe. The project includes eight new homes, a community building, and a playground, creating spaces for families to call home, gather, and grow together.

Thank you to Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, the project developer, for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful work, and to Elsa Clavijo Garcia with Travois for her partnership throughout the project.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this community to life. We’re proud of what our team and partners accomplished together and honored to celebrate this milestone with the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe.

A new chapter for Pavilion Construction in Nevada!

We’re excited to celebrate the grand opening of our Reno office! This milestone represents more than a new space. It’s a reflection of our growing team, the relationships we’ve built, and our continued commitment to the communities we serve.

Last week some of our New Mexico team attended AGC New Mexico Mental Health and Su***de Prevention Forum, and as always, we left with our eyes opened and a continued appreciation for mental health.

5,200 construction workers died by su***de in 2022. For comparison, 991 construction workers died from workplace injuries that same year. This means that construction workers were more than five times more likely to die by su***de than from a workplace fatality.

Safety goes beyond hard hats and safety glasses. Mental health is construction safety. The Power of Team means looking out for one another, on the job site and beyond it.
