Together, we reached our goal of raising $30,000 for the Diversity in Leadership Scholarship Fund—providing scholarships for Oregon students pursuing careers in construction engineering management.

Shoutout to Lisa, our Prequalification Administrator on the Legal/Contract Services team! We want to recognize the meaningful impact she has on our work every day. Lisa plays a key role in managing and constantly improving a complex prequalification process that supports approximately 5,000 subcontractors. Her forward-thinking mindset and collaboration with teams across departments—as well as with Compass—have helped evolve and streamline our prequal efforts over the past five years.
