Congratulations to CLAAS on opening its new Research & Development Center in Omaha! 👏

At TMCO, we’re proud to support the continued growth of manufacturing and agriculture in Nebraska. This new facility will help CLAAS develop, test, and refine equipment for North American farmers while supporting skilled engineering and manufacturing jobs right here in our state.

Walking Wednesday at TMCO! ☕🍩

Each week, weather permitting, our team takes time to step outside for Walking Wednesday. It’s a simple way for employees to get away from their work areas for a bit, enjoy some fresh air, and spend time together outside of the normal workday routine.

Today’s walk included a stop at The Urban Commons, where employees were able to grab some coffee and donuts along the way!

We’re always looking for ways to make TMCO a great place to work, and sometimes that starts with something as simple as getting outside, taking a walk, and enjoying the company of your coworkers.

Initially, we contracted Maddie Gates as a consultant to help make our vision for an on-site early learning center a reality. It didn’t take long for us to realize that Maddie simply belonged at TMCO.

Maddie joined our team as Director of Education and Community Impact, and during her time with us, she made an incredible and lasting impact. She oversaw the launch of Prep Academy and the Urban Commons, while building meaningful partnerships throughout our community. She also played an important role in sharing TMCO’s story and communicating the work we do and the impact we strive to make.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Maddie accomplished during her time at TMCO, for the relationships she built, and for the energy and passion she brought to our organization. We celebrate all that she helped make possible and wish her the very best as she begins this new chapter.

Our powder coating department combines thorough surface preparation with advanced finishing equipment to produce durable, consistent results. Our capabilities include small- and large-format sandblasting, a conveyor-driven powder coating line, large-project booths, wash systems, curing ovens, and a wide selection of colors and textures.

By keeping powder coating alongside our fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly operations, we maintain greater control throughout the manufacturing process while helping customers reduce outside processing and shorten lead times.

North Weld earned the most overall points and will proudly house the TMCO WWE Championship Belt for the month! 💪
