One of Bob Newcomb’s founding principles was the importance of giving back to our community through volunteerism. In celebration of Newcomb Construction’s 50th anniversary this year, our entire team came together last week to honor that legacy with a day of service at WayForward Resources in Middleton.

Together, we poured a brand-new concrete sidewalk at their food pantry—an improvement that will help WayForward serve the Dane County community more efficiently and safely in their mission to provide food security.

We’re especially grateful to our business partners who generously donated labor and materials to support this project: Northwestern Stone, Olson Toon Landscaping, Lycon Inc., and Badger Contractors Rental & Supply. Thank you for helping us make a meaningful difference in our community!

🏆 ✨ Pepsi-Cola Office Wins a GOLD ASID Wisconsin Design Excellence Award! ✨ 🏆

The Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP team worked closely with WP Beverages to create new spaces that would encourage staff to adopt new ways of working and encourage teaming while providing an atmosphere that celebrates their history working with Pepsi and embracing their own endeavors in the beverage market. The new office spaces feature central collaboration zones surrounded by private offices, along with amenities like conference rooms, huddle rooms, and copy areas. Embracing the warehouse history, the design includes polished concrete floors, metal ceilings, and large glass windows reminiscent of factory windows, softened by area rugs and mid-century modern furnishings. Environmental graphics showcase vintage Pepsi branding, while beverage areas are stocked with a variety of Pepsi and WP products.
