• Inspecting cabinet, refrigerant lines, and the perimeter of the unit for debris
• Check for mold and leaks
• Inspect refrigerant levels and pressures
• Inspect / Cleaning of the condenser and evaporator
• Replace filters or clean (if applicable) & and verify quality airflow
• Clean Drain Lines and Drain Pans
• Check humidity levels and thermostat controls for proper measurements and regulation
• Inspect fan motor, blowers, and blades
