The customer has sent me an update and thanked me for the repair several times today. I’ll be honest, I really didn’t want to go do this job in the heat yesterday after working a night shift and a day shift back to back. Im happy I did though, because it was the difference between him and his crew working or not working today.

This was a small repair on a mower deck. Quick back story:

An older lady hit something on her brand new craftsman mower and when she called someone to repair it originally she was told “It would cost more than a new mower to fix it” 😂.

Me and a friend worked together and had her mower running and cutting like new In a couple hours. No charge! Glad to help a neighbor!
