Calendly is a great starting point.
A lot of coaches use it and it works well, until your business starts growing and you realize it is only doing one small part of what your booking process actually needs to do.
Here is what I mean.
Calendly sends a confirmation email when someone books. That is included even on the free plan.
But if you want automated reminders before the call, follow-up emails after, or a no-show sequence when someone does not turn up, that requires a paid Calendly plan. And even then, those features live separately from everything else in your business.
Which means you still need other tools to handle the rest.
HighLevel handles all of it in one place.
When someone books a call inside HighLevel, here is what happens automatically without you touching anything.
They get a warm confirmation email in your voice. Not a generic template, an email that sounds like you wrote it personally.
They get a reminder the day before and another one an hour before the call (depending on the number of days the call is scheduled), with a cancellation and rescheduling link built right in so they can manage their booking without emailing you back and forth.
If they cancel, a re-engagement sequence fires. If they reschedule, the new time is confirmed automatically. If they show up, a post-call follow-up goes out. If they do not show, a no-show workflow takes over and tries to get them rebooked.
Every scenario handled. Every lead accounted for.
Calendly gets people on your calendar.
HighLevel makes sure they actually show up, and that no one falls through the cracks regardless of what happens after they book.
If you are getting consistent bookings and want the whole process to run professionally without adding more to your plate, it might be time to look at what HighLevel can actually do for your business.
