Calendly is a great starting point.

A lot of coaches use it and it works well, until your business starts growing and you realize it is only doing one small part of what your booking process actually needs to do.

Here is what I mean.

Calendly sends a confirmation email when someone books. That is included even on the free plan.

But if you want automated reminders before the call, follow-up emails after, or a no-show sequence when someone does not turn up, that requires a paid Calendly plan. And even then, those features live separately from everything else in your business.

Which means you still need other tools to handle the rest.
