Sometimes it’s the unexpected moments that make a workday a little better.

One of our techs sent us this picture from the jobsite at the Christian Heritage Academy, where a crew was kind enough to share some food with the team.

Construction is hard work, but moments like this are a good reminder that it’s also about the people you meet along the way. Different crews, different companies, different roles but at the end of the day, we’re all out there working together to get the job done.

A little food, a little laughter, and a whole lot of teamwork.

Every team has that one person who seems to know everything, knows everyone, and somehow always has the answer.

For us, that person is Farid Ahmad, our VP of Field Services.

He’s the glue that keeps things moving. Whether it’s a question from the field, something happening in the lab, or one of those situations where you just need to know, “Who do I call?” he’s been the guy we can count on.

He’s respected, appreciated, and most importantly, genuinely loved by the people around him. That kind of impact isn’t measured by a title. It’s measured by the people who know they can count on you.

Thank you for being the glue, Farid. We appreciate you more than you probably realize.

Engineers by day. Hoopers after hours. 🏀

Yesterday was all about bringing the engineering community together for a day full of competition, energy, and plenty of familiar faces. The Engineers Basketball Tournament brought out the competitive spirit, but at the end of the day, it was all about having fun, building connections, and enjoying the game.

Proud to see our team step away from the job site and hit the court. Work hard. Play hard. Build together.
