Behind 1,000,000 safe hours is a team that knows each other, trusts each other, and looks out for one another.

Because safety isn’t only about the work you’re doing. It’s about the people doing it beside you and making sure everyone gets home safely.

That’s what this milestone is really about.

🏗️ Project of the Month | The Promenade – Green Bay, WI 🏢

The Promenade 55+ Apartments is a thoughtfully designed community for active adults 55 and older, featuring 83 residences, a ground-floor café, and the new Brown County Library. With views of Lambeau Field, the six-story development brings together comfort, convenience, and community.

MUZA manufactured and installed 80,817 square feet of exterior systems, combining coordinated textures and tones to create a warm, sophisticated façade.

Exterior systems and finishes include:
• MUZA MZ-2000 System — Classic Bronze
• MUZA MZ Tile — Dark Bronze (Custom Color)
• MUZA MZ 2″ Double Lock — Dark Bronze (Custom Color)
• MUZA Flashings & Trims — Classic Bronze

With multiple panel systems and detailed balcony transitions, the project required careful coordination and consistent craftsmanship. MUZA’s manufacturing and installation expertise helped deliver clean lines, strong performance, and a cohesive exterior across the large-scale development.

Designed by Engberg Anderson Architects and built by Stevens Construction Corp., The Promenade stands as a distinctive addition to Green Bay, designed to support connection, comfort, and community.

Before we kicked off our Summer Party, we took time to celebrate the next generation of Team MUZA at our Signing Day, recognizing our Youth Apprentices and First-Year Apprentices.

Stacey from CESA 6 joined us to speak about the importance of careers in the trades and the opportunities ahead of them. Muza's owners, Sam and Carven, shared a message that really captured what this day was about: these apprentices are the future of Muza and the future of the trades.

Wherever they want their careers to take them, we’re committed to helping them get there. Their goals can be as big as they want them to be, and they have an entire team behind them ready to teach, support, and invest in their future.

We’re proud to officially welcome this group and excited to see where they go from here.

1,000,000 safe hours means a lot more than a number.

It’s one million hours of making the safe choice. Of watching out for eachother. Of speaking up when something doesn’t look right. And most importantly, one million hours of our team members going home to the families waiting for them.

We gave Team Muza these shirts to celebrate what they accomplished together - and the buffalo is a reminder to keep facing challenges head-on, doing things the right way, and taking care of each other.

1,000,000 hours. No lost time. All because of the people behind the work. 🦬

This year’s Summer Party was all about Guns & Good Company - bringing Team Muza together for a great night of food, fun and plenty of prizes, including raffles for 10 fi****ms and more.

More than anything, it was a chance to celebrate the people behind the incredible work we do every day. As we prepare to enter MUZA’s 100th year and celebrate the milestone of 1,000,000 hours without a lost time injury, we’re reminded just how much we have to be grateful for.

Here’s to the people who have built our legacy, continue to strengthen it and make Team MUZA what it is today.

Thank you, Team MUZA!

Women make up just 11% of the construction workforce - which is why opportunities like SheBuilds are important.

Some of the women of Team Muza spent the morning connecting with local middle school girls and introducing them to careers in construction. After learning about Muza’s ACM products, the students got hands-on and assembled their own ACM signs to take home.

We loved sharing what we do and showing the next generation what’s possible in construction. 💙

🏗️ Project of the Month | Rosendale-Brandon School District – Laconia, WI 🏫

The Rosendale-Brandon School District is investing in its future through a major expansion at Laconia High School, including upgrades to the high school and a new middle school addition. This multi-phase project expands access to STEM, music, and art programs by sharing resources across grade levels while creating modern, functional, and secure learning environments for students and staff.

MUZA manufactured and installed 22,531 square feet of exterior systems, delivering a durable façade designed to complement the existing facility while introducing an updated look.

Exterior systems and finishes include:
• MUZA MZ-2000 System
• Classic Bronze
• Pueblo Tan
• Shamrock Green (Custom Color)
• MUZA Flashings and Trims

• Shamrock Green (Custom Color)

Designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP and built by C.D. Smith Construction, this expansion reflects a strong commitment to the future of education in the Rosendale-Brandon community.

MUZA helped support the project by proposing cost-effective system options and simplifying multi-product custom colors to help keep the project on budget while maintaining the desired aesthetic. The result is a cohesive exterior that supports both current construction and future phases while reinforcing school pride through its custom color palette.
