We love seeing collaboration in action 🤝 Mentorship and on-the-job training play critical roles in career development, and the team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations is building a culture where those partnerships and opportunities thrive.

To some, this may look like an average picture. To DTPS, we see something much more meaningful.

We see our Senior Staff Engineer taking the time to help acclimate one of our newest engineers, a recent college graduate beginning his career. We see experience being shared, knowledge being passed down, and someone taking the time to pour into another person's growth.

That's one of the things that makes DTPS special. We treat each other like family, and we believe in investing in one another. Sometimes that means putting your own responsibilities on pause to help someone else get up to speed, find a solution, or simply know they have someone in their corner.

It's moments like these that help create tremendous results, not just in the work we do, but in the people we're building along the way.

We're incredibly proud of the people who make up DTPS and grateful for the genuine connections our team has built. This is what being apart of the DTPS family is all about.❤️

Our interns traded their desks for a day in the field with a behind-the-scenes tour of two incredible Crest businesses at the Central Louisiana Regional Port. 📝💻 ➡️ 🥾🦺

⚡ At DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations, they saw how Factory Built Substations come to life in the Project Support Services center
🧪 At Avant Organics, they explored the R&D lab and production center to see how innovation is helping us grow in the flavor and fragrance market.

There's no better way to learn than seeing it firsthand, and these interns are working hard building connections, asking questions, and discovering what makes the Crest Family so unique. Thanks to the teams at DTPS, Avant, Crest Operations, Beta, and DIS-TRAN Steel, for making this event and our internship program a success!

"This work matters, and it's truly changing people." 🩷 🎉 Crest Industries is proud to present the 2026 We Win Together Award to the Hope House!

The Hope House is a nonprofit organization that provides safe transitional housing, training, and essential services to the homeless in central Louisiana. This critical work empowers an average of 100 residents to independence through technology training, financial literacy courses, free child care, and other development programs each year.
