On Tuesday, Kenneth and Marguerite represented HMD Construction & Development at the 2026 Triangle Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Expo.

The event brought together healthcare professionals, practice managers, and industry partners from across the Triangle to connect, build relationships, and learn more about the many services and resources available to help support medical practices and keep them running smoothly.

As a company that works closely with healthcare providers and medical practices across North Carolina, we always value opportunities like this to build relationships, stay connected to industry trends, and continue learning how we can better serve our clients and partners.

It was also great catching up with Alison from CARR Healthcare Realty, one of the many trusted professionals we enjoy working alongside within the healthcare industry.

Completed project spotlight! ✨ We are proud to showcase the completion of Gateway Women’s Care’s new Raleigh location at 4700 Falls of Neuse Rd., Suite 155.

This newly completed medical office blends a warm, welcoming atmosphere with practical functionality, creating a space that serves both patients and providers well. Projects like these reflect our continued commitment to building quality healthcare environments throughout North Carolina.

A big congratulations to Katherine on graduating from ECU! 🎓💜💛

Katherine, the daughter of HMD co-owner Kenneth Dickinson and his wife, Jennifer, earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a concentration in medicine—an incredible accomplishment. She’s planning to attend PA school in the near future and has already accepted a position with Raleigh Neurology. We’re so excited to see all that lies ahead for her!

It’s always special to celebrate milestones like this within the HMD family, and we couldn’t be more proud.

A new dental experience has arrived in Chapel Hill.

We recently completed Peachy Smiles, a 2,069 SF space designed to feel approachable, calming, and intentionally different from the traditional dental environment. The layout prioritizes a smooth patient journey, from arrival to treatment, while giving the clinical team the efficiency they need behind the scenes.

With a strong focus on comfort, modern technology, and a welcoming atmosphere, this space reflects a growing shift in how dental offices are being designed today, where experience matters just as much as function.
