šŸ˜Š The homeowner reached out to us today due to a troubling water leak, which they had been collecting in a bucket. Our team jumped into action promptly, first performing an accurate diagnostics to ascertain the source of the issue. It was discovered that the insulation on the refrigerant line was wearing, which was causing the leak. To promptly address this, nitrogen was used during the repair process and replaced the insulation on the same line. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes while the air conditioner was running, we were glad to observe that the water leak had completely stopped. The homeowner's issue was therefore effectively resolved with precision and promptness. It was our pleasure to provide a solution to this water leak problem, thanks to our high-quality nitrogen and competent insulation.

Our team was contacted to diagnose an issue with a cooling unit that wasn't performing properly. Our trusted specialists quickly identified the issue to be located with the Trane outdoor fan motor. To address the problem, we worked effectively to replace the failed motor with a new Trane outdoor fan motor and also swapped the capacitor as a preemptive measure. AC maintenancĀ­e completed. When arriving, check the filter, the evaporator coil, the fan blower, and the amps, flush the drain, check the electrical componentsĀ­, found small leaks and I sealed them up, and check the temp split from the air handler. On the outside unit, we brush off the debris from inside the electrical panel, check the electrical componentsĀ­, check the amps on the compressor and fan motor, clean the condenser, and check the capacitor. As of now, the system is working. Thank you
