A positive experience. Kevin first came out and assessed our needs. He was not trying to sell anything more than what would work the best, and within our budget. Similar units that were quoted with competitors were over $1000 more and did not include the eight brand new air duct returns that were installed. What's also impressive is that the owner shows up at every job to make sure things are going well and meets the customer, which he did here. (Where else do you see this?) It's often said that a major key to a good air system is having it installed right. Due to this company's reputation, we sweated it out with no AC for two weeks because we knew it would likely insure a great unit. One of the three guys installing got called away to another job in early afternoon, and although the other two were also expected elsewhere, they took their time, did not rush, and made sure everything was perfect. I can't tell you how many times I've had plumbers, electricians, etc., throw stuff together in this situation and bolt out to their next job. Not here. Whoever was behind us had to wait, despite the fact that we have a small condo and not-so-expensive unit put in. They clearly did it right. They also follow up to make sure all went well, and to answer any questions. They were totally professional from beginning to end.
