After more than 40 years with the company, we are celebrating the careers of Frank and Tero as they move on to their well-deserved retirement days.
Both started their journeys at TETRA in 1982 and have been part of the company through many changes over the decades. From working in packaging and warehouse tasks to supporting different areas of operations, their roles have evolved alongside the business.
Throughout their careers, both have taken pride not only in their own work, but also in sharing their knowledge with others.
“Teamwork has been important. It has brought new perspectives and opportunities to learn,” Frank reflects, while Tero emphasizes accuracy, flexibility, and the importance of working together toward shared goals.
For both, the people have been a big part of what made their time here so meaningful.
There are also many memories beyond daily work. Frank recalls a company visit to a bag supplier that turned into an unexpectedly memorable trip, ending with a hockey game in a VIP box and a chance to meet one of Finland’s well-known coaches.
Tero, on the other hand, remembers a trip with colleagues to the Tankar lighthouse island, filled with good food, sauna, and plenty of laughter. Moments like these have left a lasting impression over the years.
As they now look ahead to retirement, both are looking forward to a different pace of life. More time with family, new travels, and the freedom to plan their days in their own way.
Thank you, Frank and Tero, for your long commitment, your contribution, and everything you have brought to the team over the years. We have been truly lucky to have you as part of our TETRA family.
