During this Walk Your Plans session, we spent time really digging into how our clients will actually use their space especially for hosting.
We had already planned for their 12-ft dining table, but as we talked through real-life use, but as we walked their plan it became clear they needed more flexibility for additional seating, kids’ tables, larger family gatherings, and storage for extra pieces.
Our design team came prepared with multiple renderings of the space ahead of time, which allowed us to take a plan we already loved and elevate it even further. We were able to show both design options on the big screen so our clients could truly visualize how each version would live.
We explored removing a full wall of built-ins to open up the space and add a secondary dining/hosting area off the main living space. With side-by-side renderings, they could clearly compare both layouts in real time.
As updates were made live during the walkthrough, our designer adjusted the plan on the spot and sent it directly to James, owner of Walk Your Plans, so it could be projected immediately.
