We’re proud to share that Ball Team Partner Matthew Karns was named the Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce 2025 Citizen of the Year at last week’s Celebrate Adel banquet.

Matthew was recognized for his impact across the community—from his work on Rotary Plaza and other Rotary-led initiatives, to coaching youth sports, mentoring students through his professional role, and providing leadership at the city, county, and state levels.

As President of Rotary during the 2020–21 year, Matthew helped guide the Club through the challenges of the pandemic and has continued to stay actively involved through various committees.

Congratulations, Matthew, on this well-deserved honor and thank you for your continued commitment to making Adel a better place.

We had such a great night last week celebrating the season with an even better crew 🎄✨ Lots of laughs, good food, and plenty of memories made. Always thankful for the people who make work feel a little less like work and a lot more like fun.

An “Ugly Christmas Sweater” twist to this year left four going home with a trophy and some cash! 💵 It was so fun getting to see everyone participate!
