Job Title: Epoxy & Polished Concrete Field Technician
Location: Zeeland, MI
Position Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Field Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work hands-on preparing, grinding, polishing, and applying high-performance coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial flooring projects.
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who shows up with a strong work ethic and solid attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate floor grinders, shot blasters, polishers, and industrial vacuums safely and effectively.
Perform concrete surface preparation, including crack repairs, patching, and joint filling.
Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and decorative concrete coatings.
Maintain clean job sites, properly load and unload equipment, and keep materials organized.
Work productively alongside team members and project foremen to ensure top-notch finishes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to handle physical labor, stand for long shifts, and lift 50+ lbs routinely.
Willingness to work flexible hours depending on project timelines.
Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
Concrete surface prep, epoxy application, or general construction experience is preferred, but not required.
