You went into the convenience store for milk. You came out with flowers. 🌸

These flower stands are made for convenience stores, where the flowers can sit alongside the everyday shopping and still have their own dedicated display.

They’re usually positioned near the entrance or pay points, making the flowers easy to spot as customers come into the store or head to the tills.

A simple display, but a good way to make sure the flowers don't get lost amongst everything else on the shelves.

And let's face it — a bunch of flowers is a much nicer surprise to find next to the till than another packet of chewing gum.

A little spring throwback for this Thursday 🌸

A while back, we designed and manufactured this custom flower display for a retail store in Paarl.

The space at the entrance was quite specific, so rather than trying to make a standard unit work, we made the display to fit the area and the way the flowers needed to be presented.

It’s not every day that our shelving gets filled with flowers, but we certainly weren’t complaining about this one...

This wall-mounted shelving unit isn't a new design.

A similar unit was installed at a customer's home some years ago. When they recently needed another one, they got in touch to find out whether we could still manufacture it.

Fortunately, we could.

The result is a 3-tier wall-mounted unit in a chrome finish, installed in the new kitchen and ready for storing pots and pans.

It's always nice to know that a shelving solution has stood the test of time — and what a nice compliment to be asked for another one years later.
