Closing the year with another successful recovery on a Mamata pouch-making machine.
A client reported a suspected faulty drive due to recurring Motor Overload alarms. After a full diagnostic assessment, our technician confirmed that the drive itself was not the source of the fault.
The real challenge emerged during deeper system troubleshooting:
Extensive address mapping
Parameter verification
Motion control communication checks
We eventually traced the root cause to a faulty NextMove E100B controller with corrupted program parameters. Once replaced and reconfigured, the machine was restored to full operation.
A great reminder that effective troubleshooting requires more than part replacement — it demands expertise, patience, and a solid understanding of industrial automation systems.
