Saturday factory time! Our Transformer Division is busy manufacturing corrugated radiator fins for our transformer manufacturing clients.
Manufactured to demanding quality standards and backed by our ISO 9001:2015 certification, our corrugated fins are produced with precision and consistency, with excellent turnaround times for urgent orders and requirements.
Corrugated Radiator Fin Specifications:
• Cold-rolled steel construction
• Thickness: 1.2–1.6 mm
• Panel width: 400–1,600 mm
• Fin height: 50–400 mm
• Oil channel: 6–8 mm
• Fin pitch: 40–80 mm

Every cart’s serial number, model size and colour are recorded before receiving a formal QA sign-off, ensuring every unit meets GANELEC’s quality standards before delivery.
