👉 You’re overthinking your Suspension Adjustments!

After making any adjustment, many riders immediately start analysing:
- Is it too soft/hard?
- Is to deflecting?
- Is it kicking?

The problem is that when you’re searching for improvements, it’s easy to convince yourself they’re there…… or not!

Instead, follow the Shock Logic BETTER OR WORSE Principle.

Riding the same section. Make a single adjustment. Stop, then ask yourself one simple question:

👉 Was the change BETTER OR WORSE?

Trust your instincts and if the overall feeling is better, then you’re heading in the right direction. If the overall feeling is worse, stop and adjust in the opposite direction.

As you gain experience, you’ll learn to connect these feelings to suspension adjustments. But when testing, your first job isn’t to over analyse, it’s to trust your instincts to improve confidence.
