👋 Welcome to the team, Austin!

We're excited to have Austin join National Make Good Solutions as our newest Construction Trainee.

Austin comes to NMGS with a background in carpentry and a passion for building and creating quality outcomes.

What drew him to NMGS was the opportunity to continue learning, develop new skills and work alongside experienced industry professionals.

💬 "Being able to read plans or look at designs and bring them to life through my hands-on skill sets, creating something I can look back on and be proud of."

When he's not on site, you'll find Austin training in Mixed Martial Arts or enjoying the outdoors through hunting, camping and fishing.

Phase 2 Progress Update 🚧

Big progress onsite at the Leaders Computers project.

The structure is now up across 4,800sqm, plus another 450sqm canopy area, featuring approximately 137 tonnes of galvanised steel columns and trusses with Colorbond roofing.

Great to see this project continuing to come together and another strong milestone reached by the team 👏

Big milestone for the team 🚨

Dexion Victoria and National Make Good Solutions officially opened our new state-of-the-art facility, with Racking Supply Australia now joining us under the one roof.

Bringing all three businesses together allows us to deliver a complete end-to-end solution across warehouse storage, automation, make good, refurbishment, compliance and industrial project delivery.

A huge highlight of the day was launching our new MDS ASRS demonstration unit, giving guests a hands-on look at the future of warehouse automation and intelligent storage solutions 🔥

It was fantastic to have our staff, customers, suppliers, partners and families to celebrate the occasion.

This facility genuinely showcases what we do every day:

✔️ Warehouse strategy
✔️ Make good & refurbishment
✔️ Inspections & compliance
✔️ End-to-end project delivery

We’re excited to officially welcome Jason Grech to the team as our new NSW Operations Manager for National Make Good Solutions & Dexion Victoria👏

Jason joins the business with a strong operational background and a leadership style built around being:

🏆🏀Champions. What a finish.

The Dexion Victoria & National Make Good Solutions team have taken out the Championship and what a way to do it.

After not getting a win against this team all season, the boys stepped up when it mattered most and stole the Grand Final 💪

That’s what great teams do. Resilience, trust, and performance under pressure.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to support, especially our families and the team from work.

We’re excited to share that Dexion Victoria and National Make Good Solutions have officially relocated, just 5 minutes around the corner to a new facility in Dandenong South.

While the move may be local, it marks a significant step forward in how we deliver for our clients.

Now operating alongside Racking Supply Australia, we’ve strengthened our ability to provide a more complete, end-to-end solution, from racking and storage systems through to make good, reinstatement and project delivery.

Located in the heart of one of Victoria’s key industrial hubs, we’re better positioned than ever to support warehouse and industrial projects with speed, efficiency and integration.

Reflecting on a memorable weekend at the Australian Grand Prix for the Dexion Victoria and National Make Good Solutions teams.

It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, spend time with clients and partners, and strengthen the relationships that sit behind every project we deliver.

On track, it was fantastic to see our brands represented with:

– Dylan O’Keeffe competing in the Carrera Cup

– Jake Santalucia driving the National Make Good Solutions car with Wall Racing

Weekends like this are a reminder that strong partnerships are built beyond the workplace, through shared experiences, trust and collaboration.
