💰 $70/hr while training

The start of 2026 has been a BIG one for KLB Engineering.

With another 10 months still to go, the boys are already flat out — supporting our clients, keeping machines turning, and making sure production doesn’t miss a beat. The standard they’re setting this early in the year says everything about the culture we’ve built.

What makes it even more rewarding is looking back at where we were just two years ago.

In that time, we’ve grown from a small operation into a serious force in the local mining services space. We’ve invested heavily in equipment and vehicles, expanded our capabilities, strengthened relationships with major clients, and built a team that takes real pride in their work. The growth hasn’t happened by accident — it’s been built on long hours, tough jobs, backing ourselves, and delivering every time we’re called.

I’m incredibly proud of this crew. The effort, the attitude, and the standards they hold themselves to is what sets KLB apart. They don’t cut corners. They step up when it counts. And they represent this business properly on every site.
