Minesite Mechanical Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on workshop role working alongside experienced tradesmen on underground mining equipment rebuilds and repairs.

Duties include:
🔧 Assisting tradesmen on mechanical jobs
🚗 Picking up and delivering parts
🧼 Machine and component washing
🧰 General workshop duties

What we’re looking for:
✔ Driver’s licence (essential)
✔ Strong work ethic
✔ Reliable and motivated attitude
✔ Willingness to learn and be part of a team

This role is ideal for someone wanting to get into the mechanical industry and gain real workshop experience.

Happy 21st Birthday Jesse! 🎉

From everyone here at Minesite Mechanical Services, we’d like to wish Jesse a very happy 21st birthday. Jesse is currently in his 4th year of his apprenticeship and has been a great part of the MMS team.

It’s been great watching his skills and confidence grow over the years and he’s not far off becoming a qualified tradesman. The hard work and effort definitely don’t go unnoticed.

Another rebuild wrapped up onsite and already back to punching holes 💪

Huge thanks to our client for trusting Minesite Mechanical Services with this build. We don’t take that trust lightly and we’re proud to deliver gear back to site ready to perform.

Big shoutout to the MMS crew for the ongoing hard work, long hours and dedication that goes into every rebuild. The effort behind the scenes is what makes these jobs a success.
