We're proud to be delivering the next stage of the Goolugalup Welcome Place project for the City of Melville .

This important project is about helping tell the stories of place, strengthening connections to Country, and creating spaces where community, culture and nature can be experienced and appreciated by all.

Already underway, Stage 2 will feature an Apothecary Healing Garden and Welcome Shelter, native landscaping, ecological restoration works, interpretive signage and wayfinding, accessible community amenities, and enhanced connections to the river and surrounding environment.

We're looking forward to working alongside the City of Melville once again to help bring this vision to life, creating a welcoming space that celebrates the area's rich cultural heritage while delivering lasting benefits for the broader community.

Coming together as one team.

Our bi-annual Town Hall was an opportunity to celebrate the achievements that have shaped the past six months, reflect on the progress we've made, and look ahead to the future of our business.

A key highlight was sharing our refreshed Core Purpose, Vision and Values - a framework that reflects who we are, what we stand for, and where we're heading together.

Built on Solidarity. Built on Solutions. Building Success.

MATES helping MATES.

We’re proud to have supported this year’s MATES in Construction WA Lunch as an Affiliate Sponsor, joining more than 800 industry guests to raise awareness and support for mental health and su***de prevention in construction.

An incredible event for an important cause, with significant funds raised to help support the vital work MATES in Construction does for our industry.

We’re proud to stand alongside an industry that continues to show up for one another and drive meaningful change.

Looking after the wellbeing of our people is just as important as delivering quality projects, which is why we’re proud to support the incredible work of MATES in Construction WA .

Earlier this month, our Lot 9500 Darch project team hosted their own MATES BBQ event, bringing the crew together to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and support a cause that plays such an important role within the construction industry.

A great initiative by the team and a reminder of the importance of looking out for one another both on and off site.

Parkland Heights is continuing to take shape, with Stage 11D well underway. Retaining wall works are currently in progress, with the road scope scheduled to commence in the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, we successfully completed Stage 11C along with the bulk earthworks package for the Neighbourhood Centre. We’re proud to have contributed across multiple stages of the development and to play a part in supporting the continued growth of this thriving community.

The recent Civil Contractors Federation WA Industry & Training Awards were a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the people driving WA’s civil construction industry forward.

We were honoured to have members of our team recognised as finalists across several categories, including Bid Professional of the Year, Supervisor of the Year, and Project Manager of the Year.

While we didn’t take home the top honours this year, being recognised among WA’s leading civil construction professionals is an achievement our team should be incredibly proud of.

These nominations reflect the depth of talent, leadership, and commitment within BOS, and the high standard our people continue to bring to every project, every day.

Congratulations to all finalists, winners, and organisers involved in a fantastic evening.

Bulk earthworks for the City of Gosnells Garden Street extension is now complete, supporting the duplication of 1,480 metres of roadway.

Long term, this project will enable Garden Street to connect to Tonkin Highway, helping to alleviate predicted traffic congestion and improve efficiency across the local road network.

On site at The Brook: the BOS team has completed the client audit alongside Craig from Safer Group and Liam from CSP. A great opportunity to review, refine and reinforce our commitment to safety.

These audits aren't about ticking boxes. They’re about ensuring our systems, behaviours and site practices align with the highest safety standards, from documentation through to ex*****on.

All in all, a strong result, with a few minor enhancements identified to make our approach even better.

Practical Completion has been reached at Mosaic Parkside Stage 2, following the successful delivery of Stage 1.

This multi-stage development presented a number of complexities, including extensive dewatering requirements and site remediation works to prepare the ground for development. Careful planning, sequencing, and coordination were critical throughout to manage these challenges and maintain progress across both stages.

We are pleased to have successfully delivered 66 new lots across two stages for Parcel Property , contributing to housing supply for the Balcatta community.
