Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely knows residential building, not just how to price a plan, but how a home comes together from sales and preliminaries right through to construction.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

🔨 10+ years’ residential building industry experience
📐 Strong estimating & quoting knowledge
🏠 Residential pre-construction / preliminaries experience
💻 Experience with construction & project management software
✏️ Design & drafting knowledge
🤝 Strong sales and communication skills
👷 Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
🔍 Excellent practical construction knowledge and attention to detail

This is a great opportunity for an experienced building professional who can look at a plan or quote and recognise when something is missing, something doesn’t look right, or something may not work on site.

Our two-storey build at Mt Rascal is really taking shape!

The lower-level windows are now in and the house is wrapped, with cladding getting underway downstairs.

Next up:
🔨 Fascia & gutter tomorrow
🏠 Roof on by the end of the week
🪵 Cladding starts downstairs

📐 Upper level – 300m²
That’s over 633m² across two levels!
