The Chapiteau Rare Earth Property, Labrador

The Chapiteau Rare Earth Property is a rare earth element exploration property owned by Noble in western Labrador. The property was staked in late 2025 and consists of 25 map-staked units in one group and 18 map staked units about 15 km east. They lie in one of Canada's most prospective rare earth districts, about 100 km south of the Strange Lake REE deposits and 38 km northeast of the Crater Lake Scandium-REE resource.

The property covers part of a large REE-enriched alkaline intrusive system first explored by Midland Exploration during 2010-2011. Midland completed a regional airborne magnetic and radiometric survey totaling more than 3,100 line-km and identified numerous REE targets associated with a large magnetic alkaline granite complex approximately 9 km in diameter. Regional sampling produced exceptionally strong results, including grab samples containing up to 8.34% Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO), heavy rare earth enrichment ranging from 2.29% to 12.85% HREO within mineralized samples, high values of cerium, lanthanum, neodymium, praseodymium, yttrium, dysprosium, and gadolinium oxides. Within the ground now held by Noble, Midland identified six grab samples exceeding 0.5% TREO, ranging from 1.4% to 3.02% TREO.

Only one known drill hole, Y3-11-04, was completed on the property. The hole tested the CP North showing and intersected coarse-grained alkaline granite with disseminated iron oxides and amphiboles. Although grades were modest, the entire hole returned anomalous REE values averaging approximately 0.14% TREO + Y₂O₃, demonstrating a large mineralized system rather than isolated surface occurrences. Some intervals included:

0.13% TREO + Y₂O₃ over 7.5 m
0.14% TREO + Y₂O₃ over 12.0 m
0.16% TREO + Y₂O₃ over 7.5 m

Chapiteau is one of the more compelling early-stage REE acquisitions because it combines high-grade surface geochemistry, favorable alkaline intrusive geology, and proximity to established critical-mineral projects such as Strange Lake and Crater Lake.

The Bradshaw Property ⛏️

The Bradshaw property is contiguous to the Gowest Bradshaw Gold Property (historically known as the Frankfield East Deposit). The Bradshaw Gold Property is held by GoWest Gold Ltd.

A pre-feasibility study (amended at September 15, 2015) was completed on the Gowest Bradshaw Gold Property, identifying inferred resources and indicated resources of gold. That report is posted on the website of GoWest Gold Ltd. at www.gowestgold.com.
Geological Profile

The Gowest Bradshaw Gold Property and Noble’s North Bradshaw property both lie within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, one of Canada’s premier Archean gold-producing districts. The Gowest Bradshaw Gold Property deposit is hosted within a sequence of:

➡️Mafic volcanic rocks
➡️Ultramafic units
➡️Strongly altered shear zones
➡️Local intrusive rocks

Gold mineralization occurs in a broad, altered and brecciated structural zone rather than a narrow quartz vein. Previous exploration of the property identified the principal orebody as following the contact between hanging-wall basalt and footwall ultramafic rocks and consists of a thick tabular body with excellent continuity. That previous exploration also reported that higher-grade gold is concentrated along the margins of the main shear zone. Gold occurs primarily as:

➡️Disseminated pyrite
➡️Fine free gold
➡️Quartz-carbonate alteration
➡️Silica flooding
➡️Sericite and carbonate alteration

Noble’s CEO, H. Vance White, said “We are pleased to be proceeding with the purchase of prospective mining claims in Ontario. Noble believes these projects offer significant potential for new discoveries and continued exploration success.”

Last week Noble Mineral Exploration completed Phase 1, Helicopter Supported, Summer Exploration Programs on Quebec Critical Minerals Projects

The completion of Phase 1 marks another important step in advancing Noble's growing portfolio of critical minerals assets in Quebec. Results from ongoing sample analysis will help guide future exploration programs and target development.

H Vance White President & CEO said ”we are pleased to get this program underway in order to determine the expected follow up programs later the summer and early fall.”

These systems are attractive because they can contain large-tonnage critical mineral deposits that are essential for electric vehicles, wind turbines, permanent magnets, and advanced defense technologies.

About the Lucas Gold Project

The Lucas Township Gold Project is a drill-ready project located approximately 30 km north of Timmins, Ontario, world famous for >75 million ounces of gold production. It is also located 20 km northeast of the world class Kidd Creek Mine celebrating its 58th year of continuous production consisting of >150 million tonnes of ore. In addition, it is also located about 20 km east of the Crawford Nickel Resource currently being developed by CNC.

Full industry services, supplies and infrastructure are in place in Timmins with access via paved Highway 655. There is ample access to power and water. Noble also has a MoU signed with local First Nations.

In 2018, Noble completed 15 NQ size diamond drill holes totaling 3,184 meters covering approximately 650m strike length of the 1700m Gold Mineralized structure/trend identified from 2012 and 2018 Airborne Electromagnetic and Differential Magnetic Surveys. Noble located 37 historical drill-hole collars in the field, and twinned 3 (three) of these historical drill holes. No further work has been done since 2018.

The Lucas Gold Project has 6 discrete IP anomalous trends which require follow-up exploration. Only one trend has been investigated by Diamond Drilling to date. Gold mineralization in the Lucas Gold Deposit is interpreted to be structurally controlled and occur as discrete lenses stacked within the pyrite plus gold mineralized tuffaceous unit.

As mentioned previously the Lucas Gold Project is drill ready with a First Nation MoU in place. Future work would include drilling on the initial IP Anomaly to further define the gold mineralization. In addition, testing the other 5, undrilled, IP anomalies to test for gold mineralization similar to the initial IP Anomaly.

06/24/2026

Recently Noble Mineral Exploration announced the next phase of the 2026 summer exploration season with surface exploration programs planned on its Chapiteau Rare Earth Property, Labrador and the Mehmet Rare Earth Property, Quebec, Canada. This phase will require helicopter support and will take place during the last week in June and the first week of July. Canadian Helicopters out of Goose Bay, Labrador will provide helicopter support for the project.

Why Are Rare Earth Elements Important?

Rare earth elements are a group of critical minerals that play an essential role in many modern technologies. Despite their name, they are relatively abundant in the Earth's crust, but economically viable deposits are less common.

REEs are used in a wide range of applications, including smartphones, computers, electric vehicles, wind turbines, medical equipment, and advanced defense technologies. They are particularly valued for their unique magnetic, electrical, and optical properties, which help improve performance and efficiency in high-tech products.

As global demand for clean energy and advanced technologies continues to grow, rare earth elements have become increasingly important to securing reliable supply chains and supporting innovation. Their role in electrification, renewable energy, and modern manufacturing makes them a key component of the global economy.

Rare earth elements may be small in quantity, but they have a significant impact on the technologies that power our world.
